What to tell official support

Uber Eats merchant help advises contacting support about a stolen device and replacement. The page’s phone number and charges are not verified for Japan, so use the contact route in your own merchant account or contract. Provide store identification, device model, last known time and order status. If theft is suspected, ask local police and your insurer what reporting is needed.

Before buying another device

Compare ownership, replacement cost, delivery time, supported OS, network, alerts, printer and account transfer. Coverage depends on the contract and policy; losing a device alone does not establish eligibility. Confirm the model before purchase.
